Welcome to the SHELTER IN PLACE Sessions: Live exclusive videos filmed specially for our audience. We’re super excited for a live video just in from one of our favorite Cajun bands, FEUFOLLET. The band reconvened in Lafayette, after months of pandemic separation, to record this special set. We’ve also posted recent performances by jazz artists BILL FRISELL, EMMET COHEN, MARC RIBOT and DELFEAYO MARSALIS. America’s first-ever Native U.S. Poet Laureate, JOY HARJO, contributes a beautiful flute & spoken word piece, as well as a full set with her jazz band. Plus VALERIE JUNE, REVEREND PEYTON’S BIG DAMN BAND, MARY GAUTHIER, DOM FLEMONS and NM faves like JOE WEST, LAURA MANZANARES, ALEX MARYOL, DAVID BERKELEYWe’ll be adding regularly to the SHELTER IN PLACE Sessions in the coming weeks and months, so please take a minute to check out the videos & subscribe to our new Youtube channel.
