Whether touring as a duo or with the full family band, Jeremy Lindsay and Allison Russell (of Po’ Girl fame) have emerged as two of the most compelling new voices in North American roots music. Lindsay’s fractured country-soul voice, wrapped in Russell’s silver and gold tones, is a fine thing. You’ll hear echoes of mountain gospel, street corner doo-wop, and classic soul. A full-on folk celebration.

Kudos to the #1 Birds of Chicago fans in NM, Rick & Gail Thaler, for supporting this event. Thanks to Santa Fe Brewing Company, awesome chefs Claudette Montoya & Ana Padilla, longtime SW Roots Music friend & supporter Dennis Derkacs, and of course Crissy Nixon for letting us use her beautiful home. These fine folks make the music happen!
